The River And The Trees

Cassie showed us the best place to watch the rafts come into the Class three rapids.  We spent some time cheering on the people that made it down in the boat in one piece.

The up the river a bit for lunch.

Right on the river and we could watch the rafters go by.

Then they got me to go zip-lining with them.  What was I thinking!  This is where we all had to practice before hiking (no one said there would be a hike) up the side of the mountain.

Cassie was the videographer so we don't have anything for her.  Thanks for taking videos of everyone else.

Pappy dropped us off and then he headed for Franklin, NC to one of our favorite Outfitters...

He met us back at the Zip-Line then we headed to the NOC to spend our NOC Points (a new reward system dreamed up by Pappy) and watch the kayakers and rafters come by.

Then it was ice cream all around to cool us off.

She loves a good ice cream cookie.
