Saturday Was A Busy Day

WalMart carries his new favorite soup.

Talk about bed head!  He got up this morning at 5AM and moved to his chair until 7 AM  The man is like clockwork!

Look at that river.  This afternoon the put the floodgates up at Harris Riverfront Park and Guyandotte.

I'm trying to get him to understand that the more he moves the better he will get stronger.  So today he asked for water and I walked with him to the kitchen.

And would you look at that!

The sisters came to play cards.  Aunt Dory brought two more batches of potato candy.  And Aunt Judy brought pinto beans and some of the best zucchini cornbread I have ever eaten.

I took a little walk down to the river.

 Those houses are just about in the water.

The Wyngate pond is so full.

They were still playing cards at dinner time.  We opted for Gino's pizza for dinner.  Special delivery by Robin and Kenny.

And he is out!
