Lining up getting ready for the flag ceremony.

These older scouts take good care of our younger scouts.

Serious business

Presenting the colors.

 Presenting the Christian flag.

Preenting Troop flag

 oaths

That's my scout!  Looks like he might need a haircut.

Mr. Barringer

Mr. Rhorer

Recognition for a job well done.

Mrs. Day...Michael's savior.  She has saved his hiney so many times.

 Another recognition...very deserving.

Jordan was the scripture reader in the first service because someone ( me) got the times wrong.

Connor

These three scouts completed the God and Church program and were awarded their metals.

The ladies cooked and served breakfast to the boys that assisted with the 8:15am service.

The boys ate all the pancakes and bacon and then it was time to head for the 11am service.

 Michael received his metal again.

Mrs. Day knows that Michael is not very fond of having all eyes on him.  He's an in the background kind of guy.  She is going to bring him out of it by the time he gets his Eagle rank.

Michael read a scripture passage from 2 Timothy.  He took two deep breaths and then I though it was going to be over.  Nope, he pulled it together and did a very nice job.  This proud mom has sweaty hands and cold feet.  He made me proud!  Wish I had just thought to video it.

One of the Kiser boys had the reading of the days lesson.
(I will learn all their names one day)

So very proud of my scout!
