And Now We Have Three

I was in the middle of breakfast with Mark and Michael at Cracker Barrel before church and got the text saying they were on their way to the hospital.  Headed home to get the cameras and off to find Christ Hospital.

Everything ready and waiting.

Ice chips and a little rest between contractions.  The epidural is a wonderful thing!

She started the process at 6:30AM.  He was a very slow mover and finally about 11:45PM...

Isaiah made his grand entrance into the world.

He is perfect except for his cute little cone head.

Official weight 8 lb and 3 oz.  19+ inches long.

You may be scratching you head and asking yourself...What?  Well, let me try to explain.  Lots of years ago when we first came to Cincinnati, Porche came to live with us when she was 14 through foster care.  She was part of our family until we were transferred to WI.  She made the decision not to go with us. We looked for her and tried to stay in contact but that didn't happen for so many reasons. Now jump forward seven or so years...through FaceBook she found Emmy. Now it is like all those in between years didn't happen.  She introduces us as her Mom and Dad, sisters and brothers.  And she has always been a daughter to us.

 

All that said...I am now Wammy to three!
