Reading Materials

What books are on your night stand? I love my 'local library' (as Ellis calls it). I love the fact that I can go to the library while I am sitting in my jammies at the computer ant time of the day or night. So, anyone reading any good books they want to share?

hey......this is your librarian, seems one of those books is overdue, according to my not so good records Soul Survivor is about a year past its due date!

If you love Cormac McCarthy, you'll love Coal Black Horse, by Robert Olmstead. It's great.
I also really liked We Bought a Zoo, Benjamin Mee; The Flying Troutmans, Miriam Toews; and The Absolutely True Diary of a Part-Time Indian, Sherman Alexie; The Longest Trip Home, John Grogan.
But probably my faves of this year are The Little Book by Selden Edwards; The Hunger Games by Suzanne Collins; and Undiscovered Country by Lin Enger.

I would HIGHLY HIGHLY recommend "The Shack". If you have not read it already I would totally replace all those books and put it on the top of the list!!!! Will bring you closer to the Creator:)

I just read Mistaken Identity, it is the story by the two families whose daughters were involved in the van accident in Indiana a few years ago where one of the girls lived and was mistaken for the other girl. The book is written by the families involved. I could not put it down.
