A SleepOver at Emmy's

I hardly know where to begin the story of the sleepover with Emmy. Sarah went to a sleepover at a friends so I think that Em felt sorry for Michael. We are all out shopping in different areas of Cincinnati when Mark gets the idea that we needed Emmy to babysit so we could do some Christmas shopping. So we all converge at Target..Emmy and the girls...Libby ad Grace. Once we bought Michael some new pj's, underwear,toothpaste and a new toothbrush (which we have already lost) and some new clothes to wear when he got up the next morning, we were off!
Well so they left Target which was a real treat to watch Emmy try to fit them all in her car. If any of you have ever seen Emmy's car you will understand why exactly Bryce calls it the Micro machine. So after they were finally all squeezed in the car they were off to Toys R Us. They all fought over what they HAD to look at... Libby loving picnic stuff... Michael loving trains... and Emmy worried about how in the world they were all going to get back in the car. After Toys R Us they went to go wait for the lady Emmy babysits for to come home. No one ever really knows when she will get off so they played for a couple hours and Michael deciding that he NEVER wants a cat. It is a good thing because Mark is allergic to them. Thank God, they were off to the sleep over.
They got to Emmy's and ordered what Michael calls Rose's pizza which is LaRosa's famous pizza from Cincinnati. Emmy ordered 1/2 cheese for Michael and 1/2 Hawaiian for her. And Micheal was no happy about that. When they got it he said... What is this? So she explain and he suggested that next time instead of 1/2 and 1/2 they get 1 and 1Well Mark had bought them the movie Sky High to watch. They watched it and Michael loved it. Afterward during the credits they had a dance party complete with a disco ball. Boy does he have some moves! Emmy taught him all he knows because we all know tht she can teach everone to shake it lilke Beyonce. Finally at about 10:00pm it was time for bed. In true Emmy style she did not want him to pee in her bed so she asked "do you want to sleep in the old hard bed or on this nice comfy blanket bed I made you?" Well I guess we now know that he is related to Sarah because he too fell for it and slept in the floor. According to him he could not go to sleep because his cool new glow in the dark pj's were just too bright...it had nothing to do with the fact that he needed the bathroom light and the hall light on and the door all the way open.
Oh was it an early morning. He woke Emmy up at 7:00 and wanted to know if he could have some TV time. So Emmy moved her pillows and blankets to the couch and turned on cartoons. Not 10 minutes later TV time was over and he needed breakfast. She asked what he wanted and he said Rose's...so Emmy in true Aunt Raree fashion got him a plate of pizza I think that is was just because they did not have any Neapolitan ice cream with Nestle Quik. Cassie and Emmy's favorite of Aunt Raree's famous breakfast menus when they were little. After breakfast it was disco time again. Till the disco ball just would not work anymore. Who knows what happened. They then went shopping for the afternoon. I got to see all of their Christmas purchases and I am sure that all the recipients are just going to love them!!! Especially the ones that Micheal picked out. Wait till you see the pictures. We also took pictures of the new outfit that Micheal picked out for him and Ellis to wear for Christmas. Oh what gentleman clothes. I think that he had a great time. So much so that he asked if he could go back to Emmy's tonight and sleepover.
