What A Saturday For Painting Rocks!

 

We had a wide range of ages and abilities and we loved it.

Some new faces to the group and that is a huge plus!

Pinterest is our favorite place to find inspiration.

Shannon and I provided warm, delicious soup along with some delightful desserts.  Everett checking out Shannon's hamburger soup.

I love, love, love that we have youth from the church coming to paint.

11 artists painted for 4 hours...

And painted 110 rocks.  This is the largest amount that we have ever painted on a Saturday!

We plan to paint again on Feb.  Just haven't figured out the date yet.

FYI... every year before school starts, MMM has a backpack giveaway loaded with school supplies. We always make sure that each backpack has a rock. Last year it was over 500 rocks! We are getting an early start this year!
